RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We  follow very user friendly policy. We are always with clients till delivery of products to doorstep of them. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Please ask  for as many questions as you wish to before confirming your order including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering. You can simply reach out to us on Email, Instagram or even Whatsapp.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product can be exchanged if wrong /damage/any size issues only.we need parcel unboxing without any editting.it’s mandatory.

Exchange with another product is not provided. Only exchange with same product

If same product is not in stock of your desired size, then we will start refund process. And amount will be credited in your account in next 7 working days.

For wrong or damaged product exchange we need 360 degree parcel unboxing video without any cut and paste.

We do not entertain any complaint for exchange or return without any video evidence.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

1) Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

2) Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.

3) Exchange not accepted due to any other reasons

Like change of  mind after placing the order.

EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please raise an email on mentioning order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 2 days once you receive your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis. Kindly take a note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of  your size in your design at that time. Additionally, it will involve INR 150 additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.

Please take a note of the fact that no size exchange will be facilitated for articles on sale!

EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We check all products before dispatch,However, in rare case if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Please send us an on email with details of the issues you are facing along with order opening video for verification purpose along with product images within 2 days once you receive your order.

All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available.

For return please ensure that Product should be unused and it’s in original form.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Products under sale is also not eligible for exchange and return.

HOW TO DO FURTHER PROCESS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?
