TAX AND DUTIES
Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly paid by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, it won’t cancel or returns for international orders.
If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
TIMELINES
Generally we dispatch orders in 2 to 3 days after receiving orders.
There may be an extra 2 to 3 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or whatsapp
Generally orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
International orders delivery time is 10 to 15 days after dispatch.
As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a 360 degree video from start to end and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail Or whatsApp all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order till your product is not dispatched from our end. For that plz WhatsApp us on 7703852286.we will start the process for refund which will be credited in your account in 7 working days.
Once order is dispatched we won’t cancel it.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all online payment options wallet/UPI/netbanking/credit card/debitcard/COD (Client need to pay 10% amount of order in advance as a order confirmation and rest amount will be cod amount. In case client rejected that parcel then there will be no refund of 10% amount paid during order booking.)
